April, 2008 - Updated quality reports to include HCAHPS data. Updated Process of Care Measures, Patient Satisfaction Survey and Outcome Measures for the period ending 6/30/2007 as posted on 3/31/2008.

March, 2008 - Increased inpatient services to report the top 100 DRGs and outpatient services to report the top 100 most common procedures.

Added side-by-side hospital comparison tool, with the ability to view up to three hospitals side-by-side.

Added all-payer data in addition to the Medicare cost report and MedPAR data.

Expanded inpatient "Volumes by Type of Payer" to include hospital units, such as rehab and psychiatric units.

Expanded Quality measures and HCAHPS added to the Quality report.

September, 2007 - Additional Process of Care and Outcome Measures were added to the Quality report.  The Quality report will be updated quarterly as information becomes available from Hospital Compare.  Updated Process of Care Measures are for the period ending 9/30/2006 as posted on 6/19/2007.

April, 2006 - The Louisiana Hospital Association, in partnership with AHD.com, launched Louisiana Hospital Inform in an effort to provide consumers with hospital pricing and quality information. Please check back periodically as additional, useful information will be added to this website.
